WRF diagnostics package

This diagnostics package computes annual and monthly means of the simulations and produced contour plots
about precipitation amounts and surface air temperature. The diagnostics package can be used to investigate
climatic trends comparing WRF simulation to the observational and Aphrodite data sets.
# The water year is adopted as annual period. It means the period from Sep 1 to Aug 31 of the following year.
